Sigma's stain colours upgrade your wood
The Sigma WoodProtect colour collection is a colour palette that stands out. The transparent and opaque stain collection consists of four different ranges. You have a range of traditional, neutral, soft and vibrant colours that catch your eye immediately.
Colorful wood with Sigma WoodProtect
In the Pure range of the colour collection, you will be inspired by vivid colours. They brighten up your garden and wooden furniture in no time. From red Autumn Ridge to blue Chinese Porcelain, there is something for everyone.
With these colours you can accentuate a lot of things in your garden. Think about painting just the door of the shed in a Pure color or just the garden table instead of the entire garden set. By doing so, you immediately create an eye-catcher.

Neutral Sigma colour series brings calmness
In addition to the Pure series with vibrant colours, Sigma also has a Neutral series for transparent and opaque stains. The name of the series already gives a lot away. Indeed, the series consists of somewhat more neutral colors. You see mostly white and gray tones, but also the black stain Whitby Jet shines in this series.
The advantages of these sober colours: they are timeless, easy to combine and create a sense of peace. Do you also like to relax in your garden or do you simply like a modern and timeless character? Then combine some of these neutral opaque stain colours and you will spend a lot of time outside from now on.

How do you apply an opaque stain?
Now that you've been inspired by this Sigma WoodProtect colour collection, it's time to also dwell on how to apply a stain and what you need for it.
In brief:
- Clean and sand the wood for better stain adhesion.
- Apply Sigma WoodProtect Solid Satin with a brush or roller. Always paint with the grain.
- Allow 24h drying and sand again before adding a second coat. You do this until you have applied 3 coats.
