How to apply Permacryl XR?
Preparation: Clean and degrease the substrate with Berdy Clearline. Next, sand and dust.
Then cover everything you do not want to paint, this can be done using masking film or masking tape. If your substrate has never been painted before, apply 1 coat of Trimetal Permacryl XR primer with a felt roller or paint brush. This primer coat is already paintable after 4 hours. This allows you to apply a coat of topcoat on the same day.
Application: Apply two coats of topcoat. After the first coat, for best results, lightly sand the paint layer with a fine grit P30. After two coats, remove the tape. This is actually best done while the paint is still wet.
Enjoy the sublime result. Your surface is now extra protected against scratches, abrasion and skin oils.

Be confident, because you can get Trimetal Permacryl XR in colours from Trimetal, Levis, Sigma, Sikkens, RAL and so many more. When you actually enter a colour name/colour code and the brand/colour range with the product, our paint mixers have enough information to mix your favourite colour.
Still, if we do not find the colour in our mixer, we are guaranteed to contact you during our working day. It is always possible that a wrong number has crept in by mistake, but we will quickly solve this with a phone call.
