With Sigma Façade Topcoat Matt, you enjoy quick rain resistance after only 20 minutes (at 23°C). This means you can paint with confidence even in unpredictable weather.
Other advantages: It has low dirt adhesion, keeping your facade clean for longer. Moreover, it is carbonation-inhibiting, which means it enhances concrete protection by reducing the penetration of moisture and harmful substances. Its good water vapour permeability allows moisture to escape and keeps the paint breathing, preventing moisture problems.
Sigma Façade Topcoat Matt retains its colour and remains beautiful for a long time, even under the influence of UV rays and other weather conditions. Moreover, it is unsaponifiable, ensuring a stable and durable finish.
The adhesion of Sigma Façade Topcoat Matt is excellent on mineral substrates and similar synthetic resin dispersion-based facade paints. However, if the substrate is absorbent or irregularly absorbent, it is recommended to pre-treat it first with Sigmafux universal, diluted at a ratio of 1:4.
Caution: when applying this matt wall paint on substrates that are within easy reach, such as parapets and columns, sheen may occur due to touching or cleaning. Skin flakes may also remain, especially on dark colours.
