On new concrete or non-porous concrete, remove cement grout by blasting or treatment with Surfa-Etch 108. Porous substrates shall be impregnated with Pegakote® diluted with 10 to 20% water. Pegakote may not be applied on an elastic paint coat or a moving substrate.
